Cruise through winding roads on the iconic Road to Hana. With roughly 620 curves and estimated 54 one-lane bridges, this epic adventure offers incredible views of the Maui coastline. All along the way, your local guide will "talk story" with you and share more about Hawaii's rich history. Sit back, relax, and enjoy this exciting and memorable tour aboard a spacious 14-seater mini-bus. You will enjoy multiple stops along the route including a stop at beautiful Ho‘okipa Beach, followed by a stop at Kaumahina State Park where you can experience breath-taking views of the northeast coastline of the island and Ke‘Anae Peninsula. From there, travel along the winding roads to Pua‘a Ka‘a State Park, where you can stretch, grab a snack, and take a swim in the refreshing natural spring. Then, cruise over to the gorgeous Wai‘anapanapa Black Sand Beach to explore 122 acres and its' famous black beaches, where you'll have your picnic lunch. Once you're in Hana, head down to Hana Bay for more amazing views and photo opportunities. This incredible adventure continues around the island to the world-famous Haleakala. From here, you will see scenic ocean views from the top of the mountain, along with tropical rain forest views behind you.

This was a long and great tour. What made this tour even better is our tour guide Michelle. She is a very experienced driver, especially with the bumpy and twirling roads and very knowledgeable about the history of Hana. This tour was 12 hrs long. Please ensure you tip your tour guide well, given all the hard work they put in to keep a group entertained for this long!

We loved our trip to Hana with Michelle as our driver and tour guide. She allowed us to stop whenever we asked and gave us additional places to explore including the lava tube and many waterfalls. Lunch is so-so and we didn’t get a “light” breakfast (I was under the impression that this was included) but we did stop at a store to pick up coffee and snacks for our long ride to Hana. We were so glad we choose to take a tour instead of driving because we were allowed to take the full loop instead of out and back! It was so amazing crossing the numerous bridges and so many sights including deer and wild goats and being careful to not hit the roaming cows on the road (free ranging is common around Hana, I guess) and OMGOSH, the views on the south side of the island! Breathtaking!!! THANK YOU Michelle! You made our trip to Hana memorable and a trip we’ll never forget!

I had the most amazing experience with our tour guides Lisa and Kaipo!! My husband and I are still talking about the road to Hana! The amazing sites we saw, the local food, the local shops, and of course swimming in the most refreshing waterfall! Totally recommend! It was so life giving!
