I loved my tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and full of good nature. The park was amazing and a very good deal, provided you can tolerate the long bus ride: three and a half hours going there; and five hours going back. The driver was excellent though; it's just that for most of the trip it's a two-way street and there are terrible traffic delays. Lots of attractions. Food service staff need customer service coaching and the service was very slow. Other than that I will recommend it. A very good value for the cost.

I have to be honest, I did not understand the tour when I booked it. I thought it was more about Pablo Escobar and didn’t realize it was more of a zoo and water park. That being said, I enjoyed my self and if asked, I would explain that… I did not like the restaurant or food, I asked for a cup of coffee instead of hot chocolate and he looked at me like I had asked for something exotic..

Excellent trip, very well organized. Even though I don't speak Spanish and joined a Spanish-language tour, it was worthwhile to join for transportation to Hacienda Napoles in a comfortable bus, with good meal stops. The guide spoke some English, so I was able to follow along, but generally relied on my own research and park maps to get around. It would have been much trickier to arrange independently, so I was glad to have pick-up and drop-off by private bus. It's a very long day, but plenty to see and do at Hacienda Napoles.
