Start your Mekong adventure as you depart from your hotel, or designated meeting point with your friendly driver/guide. Enjoy a scenic 2-hour journey whilst travelling south to the Tien Giang province. Travel in comfort and style in an air-conditioned vehicle, ensuring your trip is pleasant the whole way.  Upon your arrival in the Mekong village, be in awe of this idyllic paradise, full of lush nature and locals who are renowned for their hospitality. During your discovery of the island, you'll get to take a bicycle or motorbike around and take in the wild greenery that surrounds the villages. Not to mention, as part of the tour, you'll also get to row a sampan along a beautiful canal not known to many tourists.  During the later part of your tour, you'll also get to visit a locals home for lunch. Feast on delicious local delicacies unique to the area whilst getting insight into the homes and lives of the local villagers. Throughout the tour you'll be able to develop a sense of how the people have learned to live off the land and harvest notable produce such as dragonfruit, coconuts and chilis. At roughly 5:30 PM, you will leave the village and head back to your accommodation for an evening of rest.
