Excellent but no mention that the history being recounted was of European settlement only and there were already people here who had been here for thousands of years Some mention of the first people would have made the talk more accurate and honest. We loved the personalised tour with Sara who was bright and bubbly and very knowledgeable about the historical and cultural aspects of Melbourne’s cbd. We loved that it was a small group so we could ask questions of personal interest and fashion the tour around our own interests. We got a very good introduction to the lay of the land and the very unique Melbourne lanes experience. It was quite long but we did have a couple of drinks and toilet stops which was a good way of keeping us going! Highly recommended if you want a good overview of the cbd and want to get expert advice on places to see and things to do in and around Melbourne.

This was the best guided tour I’ve ever had. John made my tour very interesting, entertaining and stimulating! The way he presented facts wanted me to know more, to the point that I felt inspired to follow up on certain facts that he told me about. John customised the trip according to what I was interested about. He took me to places that are quirky and unique, spots that you can’t find on lonely planet. Professional, knowledgeable and fun!

Our Guide Matilda was very communicative and friendly. She knew a lot about Melbourne and it's history. We went to so many interesting places and learned a lot about the city. Definitely recommend it.

Caitlyn did a great job introducing us to Melbourne City area. She imparted a great variety and depth of information taking us down alleyways we would not have found on our own.
