This was one of the best things I did while in Mexico and I will treasure the beautiful pictures forever. The ride was so smooth, and I occasionally get a fear of heights but to be honest I felt much more vertigo looking down the super steep steps of Teotihuacan pyramids than being up in the air. Our guide who managed the balloon ride was also so precise that he landed us in the back of a pickup truck which I found amazing. The ride was nice and long, and a great value at any price in my opinion it has inspired me to book more hot air balloon rides in my future travels. The most stunning pictures of my entire trip were from this activity I can't recommend it enough

So glad I did this! I booked this a month in advance and they did exactly what they said they will do. We got picked up in a clean white van right outside our hotel with an extremely friendly driver who takes us straight to the hot air ballon port. Arriving, they check your temperature before entering. Once checked in; you are all set to go up in the air. From there it’s just a beautiful experience! After they bring you back to the port for a free breakfast, give you a certificate and have you toast with champagne. When finished with the after ceremony, they drive you back to your hotel. Great staff, great vibes, great views. Definitely recommend! Do it!

Great event to get engaged with your true love

Although they were one and a half hours late with our balloon, the team did their best to make our engagement an unforgettable event. They organized a banner on the ground labelled "do you want to marry me" (written in Spanish), and came up with a bottle of sparkling wine and some snacks including bits of cheese and ham, some grapes and strawberries. Throughout the whole flight the crew truly shared our happiness and after the landing they additionally took some pictures with us and the banner. This was a perfect day, thanks again for these precious moments!!!

Was well organised. Professional. I am scared of heights, however was a smooth ride and by the end I was looking over the side of the basket. Took my 74 year old mother she loved it. Was an unbeliveable experience and I would highly recommend it. Awesome Amazing do it

The balloon ride was spectacular. It’s really cold in the mornings at the moment and because of the current Covid regulations you will have to wait outside, so please remember to bring warm clothes. Really easy with the transport, pickup/drop off. On time too.
