We met on the back of Belle Artes, and our guide was very friendly and kind. We walked down a very busy street towards the national palace. My friend and I paid extra to go to the top of a 40 story toward, which allowed for great views of the city. I will say that if I were to book again, I wouldn’t select Saturday evening - the historic center was packed with people, and it was hard to hear the guide over the crowd. Also, you have to queue to access the observation deck of the tower - all in, we probably waited around 30 minutes before accessing the deck.
