All the announcements the driver and guide made were in Spanish. They were barely able to speak or answer questions in English. The company should ensure to provide guides fluent in English. Additionally, the driver parked 5-10 min away from the first stop (museum). To get into the museum required another 5-10 min. At the end, we only had ~10 min to check out the entire museum. Plus, we were on our own. The driver/guide waited in the bus. Everyone was expected to be back in 25-30 min. By the time I got back, the bus had already left. So, I just ended up paying 100+ pesos to take a bus to the museum, which I could not even enjoy while hyperventilating. Instead, I could have just taken the city bus for 5 pesos and enjoyed the museum as I wished, or enrolled in a hop on-hop off bus trip. We should be provided with ample time, and everything should be as a group within the guidance of a person. We are tourists; we may easily get carried away or lost in our disoriented state.
