There was a lot of confusion at the start, the pick-up at the hotel took place on time but we were transferred twice after that and we were unsure if we were on the right bus and the right tour. It appeared that the tour that we booked was combined with a Spanish tour and so just for us 2 English speaking participants, the guide had to make the tour bi-lingual which she did very well, but there was no stop at the Plaza de las Tres Culturas and there was a stop at the Basilica which was not part of the tour we booked and we had already visited the Shrine so we ended our tour early. I rate this tour 'good' because the guide (Gabriela Moreno) took a lot of trouble to see that we understood her explanations and the places we visited were very nice with a lot of history.

The tour is very well organized - it is perfect if you want to fit an overview of several landmarks and if you are looking for a solid -not overwhelming- historical context. If you are looking for in-depth historical explanations this tour might be more on the ‘touristy’ side- but still very enjoyable and well put together. My only disappointment was the tequila tasting- we were offered watered down samples!

I am absolutely amazed about the friendly approach and flexibility of the staff, so huge shout out for them, the tour was great, I had a really good time, guide was on the point, learned a lot, the free times were enough and the restaurant was mind-blowing. Thank you very much!
