We cannot recommend this enough! We were on the fence about doing this, but we are so glad we did. It was the highlight of our trip! We got incredibly lucky and only had 4 people total in the class, something that is unlikely according to our chef, Francesco. He was so much fun and told stories the whole night! His knowledge and willingness to answer anything and everything really made the class. We read previous reviews about people having a hard time finding the location, it is inside the train station in the market on the second floor in the back! Following the class, we got a recipe book which included things we didn’t make in the class, we are excited to try them out! The food was incredible and it’s something we’ll remember forever!

It was a wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable experience learning some Italian cooking tricks and skill . Jacomo was a wonderful cook and teacher . The lunch we cook was delicious and the tour of the market was unbelievable- amazing products which we got to taste and the people were friendly and most welcoming. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and highly recommend it to any tourist wishing for an authentic taste of Italy

The bus was on time, very comfortable and we will definitely consider when we return to Italy!

Everything is good, easy to find the bus, 1 hour to Milan.
