I was traveling alone and was a little worried after reading some reviews that were negative. This is what I experienced. The Bus came at 7am sharp, reached Gibraltar at 10:20am and we transferred to a small bus to go to the rock, both guides were very nice and helpful and gave a lot of information. We had two and a half hour to have lunch and do some shopping. We left Gibraltar at 3pm and reached Malaga at 6:15pm. The bus had wi fi and I was able to charge my phone on the bus.
Day trip to Gibraltar, just about enough time there. We did our own thing there and had time to walk to cable car and go up to the top and walk around all the main sites at the top that we wanted to see and walk back to town. Transport very comfortable and spot on time. Other pick-ups obviously add time to the journey but not too bad.
If you want more time in Gibraltar, better book a sightseeing tour instead of guided. We had 4 and half hours in Gibraltar, so there wasn't time for the cable car. But overall organisation was good. Special thanks to the local guide John for the usefull information and driving masterclass!
Great guide in Gibraltar who covered a lot of information concise manner and informative manner. Caves were amazing! Only negative comment is the number of stops and time it took to get from Malaga to Gibraltar but it this was noted in advance so no surprise. Bus was very comfortable.
It’s convenient to have this direct transportation from Malaga to Gibraltar. It could have been more clear if the guide set a meeting time like 2 pm or 2:30 pm rather than said “we will meet in 20 minutes “ , a designated time will be explicit and sharp in mind.
