Full description
Begin at Plaza de la Constitución and the famous Calle Larios. Continue to the Cathedral, Roman Theatre and Alcazaba, then the gorgeous subtropical park of Paseo del Parque, just by the new Port of Malaga. Walk along the Moorish narrow streets in the Old Town, and discover famous monuments and local's favourite hidden corners. Learn about the fascinating history of the city, which dates back over 3000 years.
You will discover the story behind "La Farola", the Málaga Lighthouse located in La Malagueta Beach. Learn why grilled sardines or espetos are so important in the gastronomy of Costa del Sol.
After this, start a short hike on a paved path up to the highest viewpoint in Malaga. Your guide will show you the remains of the Old Moorish Fortress Wall on the way up, and will tell you how life in Malaga changed after the Christian reconquest. When you get to the top and reach the viewpoint, be amazed by the breathtaking views of Malaga Bay. Relax. admire the beautiful sunset, and take some beautiful photos.
