When arriving to the departure spot it was difficult to know which of the two buses we were supposed to get on. We asked the staff at the office and there was no accurate info given except to wait until it got crowded for people to get on the bus. Once on the bus the trip was very pleasant and we arrived as planed. We weretold during the bus trip that the weather was not ideal so many of the other attractions were canceled except for our ski-trip. When we arrived in Chamonix we had to walk 3 min to another meeting spot. We were only five people all together that had purchased the ski trip attractions but had to wait for another 20 minutes to hear about everybody else’s cancellations. After that people had been explained to or assigned their significant event, we eventually received our ski-passes and where we could pick up our skiing equipment (very helpful staff). It was a wonderful skiing experience despite the weather. The bus trip back was great. Our host was very helpful and kind.

This was the perfect day trip to ski. Chamonix is absolutely breathtaking, the guide was nice and everything was incredibly easy. I think for the price, you get an amazing experience. Skiing clothes and equipment that was included was in perfect condition and the people at the shop are very helpful to get you the best gear. I hadn’t skied for +10 years and have only tried it a handful of times, but the green and blue slopes were perfect. Thank you!!! Was a blast!

Definitely worth the money for the views alone! The tour guide explained everything super well and showed us where we needed to go, the ski hill was huge with lots of different runs depending on your skill level, most of the gear is included with the price(except goggles and gloves) spectacular views from the top of the mountain! You end up getting at least 4 hours and a bit actually skiing on the hill by the time you’re set up and ready to go!
