2.657 Fire-Gilded Copper Shingles This is the exact number of shingles adorning Innsbruck’s key landmark: the golden roof. You will be taken straight there, to the capital of Tyrol in Austria, past Bavaria's most beautiful lakes and through the Karwendel mountain range. But not without taking a peek at the glistening world of crystals. Designed by André Heller, the Swarovski visitors' centre showcases artistic interpretations of crystals in 14 underground spaces – including works by Andy Warhol and Salvador Dalì. In Innsbruck itself you'll have around two-and-a-half hours to stroll around town before it's time to head back to Munich. Sink into the comfortable seats on our tour bus and find inspiration in the magnificent surroundings. Your tour guide will provide you with background information on the Tyrolean capital, the Golden Roof and, of course, Swarovski Crystal Worlds. You will have enough time in each place to enjoy all the highlights. Use the time travelling back to Munich to go over everything you’ve seen and heard on the tour.

The drive was smooth and the weather was good. I had a restful and informative trip to Austria. I would recommend this over going to the castles.

Overall okay

The guide Arnold gave the impression that he had just returned from a wild party night and smoked the whole coach with his e-shisha. Nevertheless, the landscape was beautiful and Innsbruck is also a beautiful city. It would have been nice to stop every now and then to take photos. The Swarowski Crystal Worlds weren't worth their price of € 20 per ticket. It would also be better if you had a little more time in the city of Innsbruck.

The Swarovski Crystal Worlds and Innsbruck were worth seeing. Barbara our guide took good care of us. It was a nice and interesting trip.
