3 3 reviews

The Utah Beach D-Day Museum is located at the same place where American troops landed on June 6, 1944. Through 10 chronological sequences, it traces the events of the day from its preparation in England to its success in Utah Beach. It houses a collection rich in objects, equipment and vehicles, including an authentic B26 bomber. The film "Victory in the Sand" allows you to discover hour by hour the progress of this decisive day. By leaving the site, the visitor will have understood the strategic choice of this Norman beach and the reason for Utah Beach's military and technological success. Since its opening in 1962, the Utah Beach D-Day Museum has been dedicated to remembering the thousands of soldiers who fought for our freedom!
