The trip was amazing, everything went exactly as planed (maybe even better) and right on time. Our guide, Michele, was very enthusiastic and a perfect match for this trip. He always tried to fit our requests into the schedule and provided us a very enjoyable day. I would surely recommend it!

The Blue Grotto process of loading people into boats was horrific in my case. This is no fault of the pleasant and informative guide Alberto, who was terrific throughout the entire day. He provided excellent recommendations for things to do on free time and places to dine. I took advantage of all the add-on options, including the full island boat tour and chair lift to the highest point on the island. Views were breathtaking. Overall, I enjoyed most of the day on Capri.

The trip started on a good note, first with meeting our very helpful guide at 7:30, being on time on the ship and arriving on the island relatively quickly when there were few other tourists about. Our guide was proactive, taking us to the Blue Grotto even before it was officially declared open. We were the very first paddle boat to enter the cave. The Blue Grotto was a very unique experience and the small boat paddler was a delight. He sang for us some O Sole Mio using the great acoustics inside the cave and took plenty of pictures of myself and my husband. We then returned to Capri, went to Anacapri, meanwhile enjoying the gorgeous views of the isle, particularly the Mamma Mia bit. The guide had a wealth of knowledge and could address pretty much any enquiry we had. At Anacapri, we managed to get on the chair lift (no queues so early), eat well, and shop. The guide’s time management skills ensured we also visited the Capri piazzetta & took an awesome boat tour around the isle.
