Arrive at the restaurant and receive a Ferrari Trento 1902 as a welcome drink. Savor this delicious Italian tipple with irresistibly light bubbles. Then, taste some delicious fried appetizers including classic crocchè, with smoked buffalo mozzarella, potatoes, and Pecorino Romano, baccalà (salted cod), which is fried in a batter made of rice flour, little omelets made from pasta, potatoes, smoked buffalo mozzarella, Parmesan, or ham.
Also, nibble on some arancini (fried rice balls), stuffed with arborio rice, San Marzano DOP tomato sauce, smoked buffalo mozzarella and cooked ham and much more. Learn about how fried food is an integral part of the Neapolitan gastronomic culture.
Next, enjoy a pizza tasting of two classic varieties, each made from simple recipes but the highest quality ingredients.
