The tour is worth it. Family stories really made the effects of the battle come alive. Wondering about how they can include enslaved people's stories into this expereince. That to me would make this a more authentic expereince. Unable to go to last house becasue of a flood. Substituted with drive by of famous houses. Not what I wanted.

Everyone should take this tour! It is incredible how the general public was drawn up into this battle, hiding in their own cellar. And seeing the bullet holes gives you chills. Our driver, (wish I could remember his name), was great. He suggested a great place for lunch and gave us interesting commentary on the city of Franklin. We enjoyed this tour very much and it was definitely worth the price. It was also very convenient to be picked up at our hotel!
