Nerja

Enjoy a guided kayak tour to the cliffs of Nerja-Maro-Cerro Gordo to see impressive mountains, secluded coves, and beautiful beaches. Jump into the sea for a swim during your adventure, take memorable photos of your experience. Come to the beach to meet your guide. Then, hop onto your kayak and paddle in the sea. Marvel at the spectacular view of the cliffs, famous for the watchtower built in the 16th century. Choose between a short kayak route and a long route with a better view of the cliffs. The activity is at Maro beach, right next to the waterfall (actually has no water because we have low rain this year), so in just a few minutes you will start enjoying this unparalleled and unique beauty. Bring your own snorkeling gear (if you don't we let you goggles) and stop along the way for a swim. Also, get amazing photos taken by the guide during the tour. Finally, return to the starting point at the beach to finish your experience.

Be ready for a truly unique experience while you are discovering the amazing Nerja caves. Your ticket to the Cave of Nerja will allow you to take advantage of an audio-guided tour through the different areas. Incredible stalagmites and stalactites will appear during the tour until you reach the Cataclysm room. This is the largest and highest room accessible to the public and it is also here that you will find the largest column in the world, the result of the meeting between a stalactite and a stalagmite. You will be wandering through a natural laboratory rich in archaeological, geological, and biological findings. Since its discovery in 1959, the caves have been the subject of numerous explorations and excavations, currently partly closed to the public in order to preserve them. According to some sources, the paintings present here would be the oldest discovered to date and would date from the time of the Neanderthal man. Begin the tour with a visit to the Nerja Caves, large prehistoric caves with extensive grottoes, archaeological remains, and one of the world's largest columns, rising 105 feet (32 meters) high. Marvel at the cave formations that resemble organ pipes, and learn about the area's evidence of human presence dating back 25,000 years to the Paleolithic Period. Stop in the museum to see the galleries displaying artifacts, paintings, and skeletons unearthed since the caves were discovered in 1959. Leave the caves behind and travel to two beautiful Andalucian villages. Visit Frigiliana, and admire the beauty of its whitewashed houses and cobbled streets. Look at the beautiful flowers and take the chance to taste some of the town's famous sweet wine. Make a stop in Nerja, an old fishing village, and walk through its narrow streets to the Balcony of Europe, and see the Sierra de Almijara, the sea, and Africa if the weather is clear. Stop in Frigiliana, considered one of the most beautiful villages in Malaga, located in the Axarquia Málagueña. Travel down narrow cobbled streets, and look at the nearby houses adorned with flowers.

We will visit the two most important and beautiful villages in the east of Malaga, Frigiliana with its whitewashed houses, its cobbled streets full of plants and flowers, and the possibility of tasting its famous sweet wine. Nerja, an old fishing village, we will walk through its narrow streets to the Balcony of Europe, from where we can see the Sierra de Almijara, the views of the sea, and on clear days to Africa. Located in the Axarquia Málagueña, Frigiliana is considered the most beautiful village of Malaga, its narrow cobbled streets and its houses decorated and adorned with bougainvillea, geraniums and jasmine, fall in love at first sight. The historical case of Frigiliana is of Mudejar style and is the most awarded of the Axarquia region. It is undoubtedly one of the places you can not miss on your route through Andalusia. Nerja is one of the most touristic towns in the province of Malaga. If it is for a reason, don't you think? This coastal town can boast of being one of the most beautiful villages in Andalusia. In addition, with the passage of time has not lost a bit of charm. It is full of white houses, has a very well maintained center and stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. The Balcony of Europe, what a beautiful place, what a view! The Balcón de Europa is a large square overlooking the sea, the cliffs and the beaches of Nerja. Admire the beauty of the Gaitanes Gorge on this day trip from Nerja, Torrox, or Torre del Mar to the Caminito del Rey walkway. Receive a fresh bottle of water and start your walk in the late morning and go through a tunnel that leads to where the Caminito del Rey trail begins. Equip yourself with a safety helmet and begin your hiking adventure. Feel the thrill of walking at your own pace above to Guadalhorce River from the north access point and make your way for approximately 2 .5 hours at a gentle pace.  Snap photos of unique canyon landscapes during picture stops along the route. At the end of the hike, take a refreshing break or eat something at the local kiosks at the south access point.  Follow your guide where the bus will pick you up at the meeting point, have time to rest, and return to your pickup point.

Receive an initiation course during which you will be taught how to move on the paddleboard and how you should use the paddle. A variety of different boards is available, so that your expert guide will be able to provide you with a suitable board. Then paddle from Burriana Beach along the Cliffs of Maro-Cerro Gordo, all the way to the Maro waterfall and the Acantilado caves. Explore the caves by board but also underwater with your own snorkel equipment (not included). Take in the rock formations as well as the corals and colorful fish. At the end of the tour, you will receive videos and photos taken by a GoPro.

Take a boat out to the dramatic cliffs of Nerja-Maro Cerro Gordo. Learn basic techniques for snorkeling from your guide, and enjoy the freedom of the water with the equipment supplied for your experience. Choose between noon, or 3 PM departure for an afternoon or evening adventure of underwater exploration. Around the cliffs that cut through the water, try exploring some of the caves that pepper the edges of the rock with paddle surfboards. Take in the depths of the water with your guide, who will show you how to use the equipment. Keep memories of the tour with complementary photos and videos of your experience uploaded afterward for you to access.
