Full description

Spend a day away from the towering Manhattan skyline and make your way to the North Fork of Long Island on this fun-filled wine tour of New York's top attractions. Sample wines from two carefully selected vineyards and enjoy the ease and convenience of round-trip transportation from the city.

After departing from your meeting point, head over to Calverton to ride a trolley that will bring you to the first vineyard, RGNY. You will receive a high-quality wine flight along with a personal mini charcuterie board during your time there.

Then, proceed to the second vineyard labeled as one of North Fork's most charming wineries. There, taste four different wine samples as you bask in the ambiance of outdoor seating. A charcuterie board will be provided for each table, and food trucks will be available as an additional purchase.

At around 3:15 PM, the trolley departs to Calverton, and once there, you'll take the bus that departs to the end point of your flavorful tour.

We had a great time. The people who ran the Jitney and the winery were lovely. However, unfortunately we cannot participate in the entire event because the bus left without us. We were at the pick up location at 8:55 - be sure to be at the meeting point 15min before departure time or the bus will leave without you! The sign at the meeting point says "Gourmet Café", not "Gourmet Deli". Additionally, it would’ve been helpful to know we were riding the Jitney so we could look out for that specific bus versus the other coach buses we saw around the area. We decided to take the next bus (free of charge) to the second winery (which was not listed but we guessed) upon arrival of the second winery we were given wine for the tasting. One of the tour providers found us and apologized for all the confusion at pick up. He provided his cell phone number and was very nice. Since we arrived late we decided not to go back on the bus and stay on our own. Overall we had a wonderful time.
