Tour guide was knowledgeable and kept our group engaged with the tour components. He included his personal firsthand experiences and memories from that horrific day which further enhanced the tour experience. The allotted time for the guided tour was just right leaving us time to go inside the actual museum at the end of the guided tour.

The new memorial to this horrific event is definitely worth it. Our guide, Ryan, brought us back to that day by recounting his personal experience as a young boy waiting for his parents to come home. We learned many new facts about the day and about the different connections to the victims that each part of the memorial honors.

Our guide, John was amazing. Very knowledgeable. He brought 9/11 back to us. Very moving. Some people didn't realize that they would mainly be outside so might stress the need for warm clothes. We didn't have time to see the museum. I should have saved the whole day to see everything. An amazing memorial to those who died.
