I arrived at the museum on time however, the wait outside was a bit longer than anticipated. This was due to the long lines inside of the building. I was expecting some history surrounding how ice cream making started, how is it made, self classes for making your own ice cream, etc. I was very disappointed since that wasn't the case. As you entered the museum, you were greeted at a counter where an attendant was serving different flavors of ice cream. This was a very expensive sundae ($19 for one) don't buy it. Around the corner was another counter with a single attendant serving up about 2 different flavors of ice cream. We waited like 10 minutes before being served. Then you take a few photos (optionally) before moving to another room with some more free ice cream, then another room with some fake presentation of ice cream snacks and then more free ice cream. If you like a lot of ice cream, please go and visit this museum. If not, save your money.

The experience was pretty good. We had a little wait beyond our scheduled entrée time. Nice large treats throughout the visit so come ready for dessert. The tunnel was a fun treat just wish they told you more about it before going down. It was a little scary at first to my little one who is 5.

Very fun! The tour guides were very nice and energetic. Don't be afraid to dance to the music because they will hype you up!! The only thing is I wish there was more ice cream offered, especially for the price that you pay for the tickets. And more ice cream flavors offered as well. They only served ice cream 3 times during the whole tour and only one of the flavors was something I liked (pink vanilla with sprinkles). Other than that, no complaints. Had a blast!!
