Your tour begins around 16:00 with pick-up from your hotel. Board the traditional junk boat at Nha Trang port. Once on board, witness the spectacular landscape of Nha Trang Bay at sunset. Enjoy cocktails and wine on deck as you are entertained by musicians playing against the stunning backdrop of stars, the moon, and the city lights. Experience the gastronomical pleasure of a 5-course seafood dinner on board, while being serenaded by the musicians. End your romantic dinner with drinks or cocktails in the lounge or on the deck before heading back to Nha Trang. Here your transfers will be waiting to drive you back to your hotel.  

The trip starts at 5:30PM at meeting point Nha Trang Center. We will make our first stop near Cham Po Nagar Temple to enjoy glutenous rice cakes dressed with different meats and leafy green seasonings. A quick “wrap-and-roll class” will be taken out. 2nd stop: a 40-year-old beef BBQ restaurant that is very popular to the local but not on the tourist map yet. 3rd stop: grilled meat roll - an explosion of tastes in your mouth with pork, variety of vegetables, herbs and fruits, also with the dipping sauce. 4th stop: fish noodle soup - wrap up your main dishes by a representative dish of Nha Trang Final stop is for dessert and there’s nothing can beat tropical fruit and smoothy. The trip ends around 8:30PM at the meeting point (Nha Trang Center) and you can enjoy the evening beach vibe.

Take a minute to sightseeing outside the Ponagar Temple :These Temple were built by the Cham civilization between the 7th and 12th century to honor Yang Ino Ponagar. Visit a local market to select the ingredients for your cooking class and spend the second half of the day preparing the meal, eating, and relaxing at Chef Dat’s family house in the countryside, complete with an organic garden and bonsai trees. Your menu depends on which dishes you are interested in cooking. After you've enjoyed your creations, return to your hotel where you'll be dropped off at around 3 PM.
