It was such a beautiful Lei greeting. Unfortunately we couldn’t get at the airport since we arrived too late, but the team of lei greeting brought it to our hotel in a good package with dry ice. Now 5 days later (already on the next island) it still looks beautiful. Thanks a lot!!!

Not what I expected

It’s was nice to be welcomed with a lei when we arrived at the Honolulu airport. My understanding, however, was besides a welcome they would spent sometime welcoming us to the island and would show us where to claim out baggage etc. after we received the lei, the greeter wished my mother a happy birthday and then she was gone. Just not what I expected.

A very nice surprise for my wife!

Our flight number with United Airlines had changed, so unfortunately the welcome did not work. However, the organization has put all kinds of levers into motion to make our farewell with the "welcome gift" a little easier and has brought our chains to the gate on departure. This was made possible by a rain and good mail account.
