There are so many places to sit and or stand on the boat. If you’re like my family and I and have to be standing in the front of the boat, being comfortable shoes. It’s a long hour and a half of standing. It gets windy out on the water so wear pants and a jacket. The do provide snacks and beverages on board in the lower deck. The only part that was unfortunate is it was very hard to hear the tour with the headphones provided. I eventually took mine off, but the views were still so awesome and soooo worth it. Can’t beat the price for our family
I enjoyed the cruise, however we nearly missed the cruise because of the inefficient issuing of tickets. Despite paying ahead of time and having the booking number we were required to queue up again to get a ticket from the people running the tour. They had one service window open and were taking forever to process transactions. The queue was very long and not moving. May as well have purchased our tickets directly!
A very nice harbor cruise: the weather was very accommodating, water surface was calm, with little wind present. I found that the audio narrative was somewhat difficult to understand in that the background music was a bit too strong, thereby masking out the message. Am thinking that without the music, the narrative would be more meaningful. Overall, a good experience was had.
I ordered the tickets online in the morning. We drove to the pier and had lunch and then boarded the boat. Audio was provided, which was quite interesting. We also saw many whales, which we didn't expect to see. We had a great time.
The audio was excellently written and spoken. I came away knowing a lot about what I was seeing but also the history of the wonderful city of San Francisco. It was informative and fun. The boat was clean and nice to ride.
