The pick up location was very confusing to figure out. We got to the address given in plenty of time. I did not receive a confirmation call the morning of. I only knew this after missing our bus and talking to a man from Grayhound who was very rude. He said he called my number but it did not go through. He had no solution. He didn’t try the number a 2nd time. I did not have a missed call. I payed for an expensive cab ride to get us there. Still waiting to hear back from someone about the lack of communication!

Nice arrangement. However, had to ask for pickup information yourself. They did not come by themselves. The trip lasted 12 hours and not 10 as stated. A bit long with 2 hours from Pick up at 7am to arrival at 9am and it would have been nice with a little tour. But the place is exciting and the 8 hours fly by.

The experience was basically a bus ride to the Kennedy space center with some great commentary about the KSC and the NASA program. The cost wasn’t worth it, though. You can get KSC tickets for $57 and an Uber ride for $100. If it’s a group of 4-6 it’s better to take the Uber.
