We booked the tour for a small group, but in the end we were alone with the Guide. Paolo turned out to be not only a very pleasant and kind person, but also a knowledgeable and very engaged guide. We very much enjoyed this 3-hour tour, it was not only interesting but also entertaining by the many little details and anekdotes Paolo shared.

The archaeological site is very extensive, interesting and suggestive, you can perceive the extension of the ancient city and its importance and liveliness. Our guide Fabio proved to be competent and was able to entertain us with many interesting stories and details, including linguistic curiosities that we ignored!

It was a wonderful walking tour and Alex, our guide, is a knowledgeable, friendly man with tremendous knowledge of Ostia Antica. We would love to do guided tours with him again and again. Many thanks to Alex and best regards Dieter and Bärbel
