Great ride. Got lots of care from the driver/operator and help with the bikes getting set up and met us during the ride - next level of care was very much appreciated by us older riders. Beautiful route along the river and lake. Good easy riding route most of the way; some challenging bits when the path along the lake was narrow, beside steep sides, or windy. When it was windy, we got off the bikes and walked to be safe. We got to ride our bikes right back to our hotel - we were tired and happy. One of our best days in New Zealand.

Bikes great, drop-off in Arrowtown fantastic, route was gorgeous, and wineries were pleasant. Would highly recommend for a great day out (10am-5pm). Better attention to instructions would have helped, eg introduction of routes, some important details were asked that should have been part of a set introduction. But this was a small detail

LOVED IT!! Shay is such an amazing tour guide!! Highly recommend doing this with a group of friends or someone. I went solo, it was still so much fun. The tour guides look after you. I felt really safe, they are also great encouragers when it gets to the tricky parts.

I got the tickets to Versailles for the time I needed, and on the official website they were already sold out.

It is a good trail but sun protection is required in summer.
