Our tour was fantastic! Our guide, George, was so knowledgeable about the history of the area, providing facts along with humor to keep us all engaged. He was determined we would see the different animals in the park and because of his extra effort we did see bears, elk, antelope, moose and bison. We learned so much and enjoyed every minute. It was a wonderful way to experience the Grand Teton National Park.

The tour guide, Mike, was knowledgeable, entertaining, and brilliant finding photo ops for wild animals--bear, moose, elk, pronghorn antelopes, and, best of all dozens of bison on the move and migrating. The wolves he saw through his scope were too far away for me to see, but others did see them. The scenery was fabulous, the lunch and dinner stops (not included in the tour price) in attractive places. A fabulous way to get an overview of the whole park and to view Yellowstone from the wide open spaces of Montana.

What people are saying about Oxbow Bend

This tour was absolutely wonderful. Our guide, Chris, was delightful, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. We saw a ton of wildlife including a group of moose (male, female and baby) and a black bear. Chris took us to a number of spectacular views in the park. All the logistics were smooth…picked up on time and the meals provided were very good. We love small group tours like this because we find that the guides show us the best features and views of the parks. This tour was a perfect example of that; Chris took us to the wildlife and spectacular vistas. It will be hard to top this first day of our 2 week vacation.

Knowledgeable, engaging, courteous guide. Greatly enjoyed seeing the sights and animals with Eddie and learning about the history of Grand Teton National Park, Jackson, the National Elk Refuge, and more.

George was great!!! Knowledgeable, and focused on getting us to see all the wildlife we could. Give George a raise.

Brian was a wonderful guide. We enjoyed our half day tour.
