Our guide was at the hotel lobby five minutes before the appointed time. We were allocated a comfortable and clean car. Both the driver and the guide were very friendly. In fact they gave us their umbrellas when it started raining. The guide spoke excellent English and knew the city well. She showed all the important locations and helped with the pictures also. A very comfortable and nice way to see the city.

Lida was our tour guide and she was AWESOME! She speaks good english and keeps u engaged for 3 hours. She is from St.Petersburg and is very knowledgeable about the city. She has answers to all your questions. Booking was simple on GYG and communication was good prior to the meeting time via whatsapp. I highly recommend this tour.
