Good communication prior to the trip, and quick responses especially via email. The WhatsApp communication was a bit confusing and patchy, would recommend getting in touch with the company via email. Our guide Douglas was excellent, very nice and accommodating as well as caring. The pick up was at the said time and Douglas helped us with all documents needed for the Argentinian and Brazilian border controls and explained the entire tour in detail. The views were incredible and the boat trip was highly enjoyable - definitely make sure to take an extra set of clothing because you will be drowned in water after the boat ride. We were able to skip the queue going back into Brazil due to the guide having a tourism marked car, so we got in and out of Brazil without any waiting time, making the trip highly efficient. Would highly recommend Douglas & the trip.

Our experience was perfect. Our guide Mauricio could not have been better. He was attentive, considerate, informative and generous with his time and knowledge. He arranged the tour to best suit our needs, and explained everything perfectly. The pace was perfect. We never felt rushed and could enjoy all the glory of this incredible nature at our leisure.

Our guide Volney made this a perfect day for us. He made sure we were where we supposed to be and when, we never felt rushed or hurried at any moment and pointed out the best things for us to see and do. The attractions were nice and the Falls incredible. Volney was responsible for making the day unforgettable for us. Thank you.

Douglas our guide was great getting us across through the border to Argentina from Brazil. He shared information about Brazilian life, Iguazu Falls and the floura and fauna. We really enjoyed this special place and it went very smoothly. We highly recommend this tour!

A great experience with friendly and helpful guides!
