No warm greeting to welcome you on board, surprising given this is hospitality and you'd want a lovely greeting. The boat was big, yet even then no warnings for people not to sit too close to each other I practically had a woman sit on my lap. Scary in a pandemic. Audio guide signal kept dropping out, so gave up trying to listen. Horrific graffiti all over the city - why Paris? Good route and a different way to see Paris.

Well organized and easy to book and get to. Best way to see the Eiffel tower and the bridges (21 of them), at night! The boats leave every 1/2 hour so they are never crowded. You can follow the scenes by using the boat's free wi-fi which connects to the audio guide in your preferred language. This was while we were on the top deck. On the way back, we moved downstairs where it wasn't windy. They have monitors showing live pictures of where we are headed. There are also audio guides attached to the seats that you pull out and listen to. 1 hour trip. Well worth it!

Trip taken 24/10/19. Enjoyable, though nowhere near as interesting as Thames cruise: didn't seem as historic. Audio guide via smartphone, but my 5 year old phone couldn't log on the wifi (rest of family fared ok - must update my phone). Charred remains of Notre Dame were poignant. E-ticket stated departure every hour from 1030. However, we turned up at 1145 and boat sailed at 1200. Overall, worth doing.
