The trio was really nice, the bus was great, the stops were correctly placed and although you don't stay there for very long (the trip consists of two 4h trips to and from the Mt St Michel and about 4h there), it was sufficient time to do the whole visit and wander for quite a long time before you have to come back. Definitely recommend to everyone!

The bus ride is long (seats a little uncomfortable compared to other buses) but the rest stop about half way is well planned. The guide gave useful information and personalized the experience for everyone - setting up the headsets and demonstrating the use of the guidebook with the pointer. The information in the guidebook was useful and interesting. Using her advice definitely made for a better experience overall (bathroom locations, see the abbey first then shop/eat). The visit itself is remarkable - absolutely worth the effort. Be aware that there are a lot of stairs! However, you are well rewarded.

We asked for an English guide. She told us she usually gives the tour in Spanish and Italian and her English was “ not so good”. When she read from the script, she was okay, but with what little Spanish I know her descriptions were more detailed. The air vent over my seat leaked the whole time, when I told her she said “the bus is full, there is nothing I can do” and walk away. Fortunately it was a rainy day and I had a waterproof jacket. If I didn’t have my jacket, my clothes would have been wet all day. She could have given me a towel. I thought that during the 4 hour visit to the Mt. The driver would have done something-but nothing was done. On out trip home, another leak started over another seat. When I left the bus I told her about the 2 leaks she smiled and said “Yes”. It was obvious to me and my companion she did not understand what I was saying. I was very disappointed in the transportation!!
