Meet in front of Le Champs de Mars Cafe - 45 Avenue de la Bourdonnais. Please exchange your voucher at the meeting point. Do not go to the Eiffel Tower to collect your ticket. Please arrive on time as late arrivals are considered a no-show. For the night cruise, meet at Bateaux Parisiens, Pier Number 3, Port de la Bourdonnais. It is orange in color. The departure point is right at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. There is one cruise departure every hour between 10:00 AM-10:30 PM.

Know before you go

  • This is not a guided tour, your host will accompany you to the ticket scan, you will make your way up to the summit floor of the Eiffel Tower
  • Cruise tickets are valid for 1 month
  • Bags are systematically checked and jackets and coats must be opened at the entrance. Only small backpacks, handbags, and computer bags are allowed. There are no cloakrooms
  • The audio guide is available in French, English (US and UK), German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Dutch, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean in the cruise
  • Toilets are available during the river cruise on the boats. There are no toilets on the piers
  • Wheelchair access is only available up to the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower
  • You may have to wait in lines for security and the elevators. In high season, the wait to access the 2nd floor can 25 minutes
  • Summit ticket holders will have to wait on the 2nd floor to access the summit's elevators. In high season, this wait can be up to 20 minutes

We loved it! We loved being able to see the Eiffel Tower at night and watch the sparkles. The river cruise is a voucher you can use for any day for up to three months so we did the river cruise during the day and just used the tickets to get on board. The Eiffel Tower at night, we met the guide and she showed us and walked with us to where we needed to be. It’s not a guided tour so you go at your own pace but it was nice to have a guide showing you where to go. Loved this experience!

Nice visit to the top. The only flaw I would change is that to validate the purchased tickets it was necessary to go near a bar 600 meters away from the Eiffel Tower 10 minutes before the set time to get on. Too bad that no one was there at the appointed time. They arrived 30 minutes late compared to the agreed time and I had the concern that they wouldn't let me get on board because I missed the established time.

Unfortunately, the guide was very unfriendly at first, after which he allegedly did not find us. So that we could only start the tickets and the ascent to the Eiffel Tower almost an hour later. They also don't have their own office, so you just stand at the address on the street! Not recommended unfortunately. And very rude on site !!!!
