Highly recommended, just not in 1 evening. The Eiffel Tower takes on a whole different dimension in the dark. Really fantastic! The boat trip in the dark was also great and very impressive. Both recommended to do in the evening. Only downside for us: When booking you can click on a time. We had done 8.30 pm so that we could admire both activities in the dark (sun didn't set until 9 pm). It turned out that we all walked to the Eiffel Tower in a group from a specific location. The 1st security went very well, the 2nd and also row to the 1st elevator took a very long time. We were only at the top of the 2nd floor at 10 pm and there was still a very long line for the elevator to the top. The last boat was to leave at 11 PM. In the end we decided not to continue to the top of the Eiffel, so as not to miss the boat. We had the 10.35 pm boat and the 11 pm boat didn't go. So better not plan both on the same evening (in high season).

Easy to find the meeting point (look around the corner of the cafe, not at the front). We got to skip the line and it was a quick elevator ride all the way to the summit! The views were incredible and we got great pictures. The cruise was also very nice but we wish we had known to bring ear buds to listen to the audio guide (accessible to anyone on your own phone via the boats wifi). This experience was a great way to start off our trip in Paris!

A well organized venture. Confusing to me how the ascent to the top works, then very long queue for ticketed people in front of the elevator, but that's not the organizer's fault. Just a lot of tourists! River trip good and pleasant, only the toilets on the ship were disgusting.
