Next, visit the superb cellar of Mumm Champagne (or similar), famous for its Cordon Rouge Champagne. Sample some of the goods as you learn about the delicate Champagne making process. After lunch, tour the picturesque landscape of the Champagne-Ardennes vineyards between Reims and Épernay, one of the most famous communes in the production of Champagne. On August 13 I went on the Reims Champagne Tour from Paris. Our guide, Francois, was extremely knowledgeable and personable. The tour was very well organised and I did not feel rushed at all during the day. We had an extensive, behind the scenes tour at Mumms and lovely champagne tasting. Francois gave us an informative tour of magnificent Rheims Cathedral and then sufficient free time for lunch. The afternoon tour of vineyards in the Champagne region and other samples of champagne was also delightful. If you want to mix champagne and culture, this is definitely a tour to consider.

We had an enjoyable day and seen lovely places. The tour in MUM factory was excellent.

Maxine (TOUR GUIDE), Sarafin (DRIVER) were both very good. The reason we are giving a good rating is because the advertisement on GetYourGuide indicated that lunch was included (which it was not) and that the champagne tasting were limited to 1 glass per guest.
