On the last day, rise early to take advantage of the Champs-Elysées with minimal traffic, ride through the famous Place de la Concorde and around the Arc de Triomphe, just like professionals. Stop for coffee and croissants at the Champs de Mars after the ride, and you'll still have the whole day ahead of you before the final finish.
