The Shivapuri National park is one of the water resources for the citizen who is living in Kathmandu and is also home to thousands of flora and fauna, Thus it is also a paradise for those who love to see the birds. The Shivapuri is the second-highest hill station in the Kathmandu valley after Fulchowki. The location and the height of the hill itself are perfect points to see the Langtang Himalayan range. On the way to Shivaapuri Peaks, there is a place called Baghdwar. This is the source of Holy River Bagmati flowing nearby Holy pilgrimage place Pashupatinath. From the top of Shivapuri, you can see Mt. Ganesh Himal, Mt. Langtang Lirung, Mt. Langtang Ri, Ganjala Peak, Dorje Lakpa and many other peaks as well as Mt. Gaurishanker. Champadevi is a high hill 2285m south of Kathmandu. It offers a spectacular view of mountains including Mt. Everest, Gauri Shanker, Dorje Lakpa, Langtang, ganesh and Manaslu. It is getting more popular to the nature hikers with its quiet environment, beautiful downtown view and less human activities. The trail passes through the jungle, and small passes. You will encounter some birds, butter. The hiking starts with pick up from your hotel and drive 45m to the starting point. Walk through the ridge (3-4 hrs) to the top. There is a small shrine at the top of the hill and you will start going down with stunning view to downtown, green mountains and Himalayas. Arrive to Puspalal park the pick up point. Drive 10m to a lunch place. We will provide a authentic Nepali lunch. After lunch, drive to your hotel and trip will end.
