The “hidden canals” itinerary was very charming, I suggest tourist to come and visit Venice in a low season. The gondola driver was very nice, and answered to all our questions. I highly suggest to book a tour like this

This was fantastic and totally worth the money! My husband and I traveled to Rome, Florence and Venice in July 2018. We were on a budget and didn't want to bust the budget, so went with the "shared" gondola option and then splurged to have the serenade option. The experience was unforgettable and easily the best part of our whole trip! The singer and the man with the accordion had great chemistry and were constantly interacting w/ my husband and I. I thought the 20 mins sounded kinda short, but it ended up being the perfect amount of time. Do it at sunset around 7:30 if possible. Highly recommend this to all my family members and friends, it was simply enchanting and something my husband and I will never forget!

Very helpful local rep who was prepared to change our booking to two days later. Booking in advance in England was cheaper than locally, but 30 minutes just gives a flavour of the grand canal and a couple of sided canals rather than any major site-seeing.

Most of the staff here were very rude. Maybe its just the Italians but my husband and I were disappointed in how we were treated when we just asked a question. The gondola ride was awesome but I already had a bad taste before the ride wit the rudeness of the staff.

We booked the private gondola ride on the Grand Canal. The meeting point was very well described. The staff on site was very friendly. We had an experienced gondolier (Franco !?) who gave us information about buildings during the trip. I deliberately chose an earlier time (start 9:30 am) so that the channels weren't that full (that's how it was). Don't expect a 30-minute drive on the Grand Canal for this tour. You only drive there for a few minutes, otherwise through smaller and, for us, more beautiful, idyllic canals. Absolutely to be recommended!

Our guide was fantastic! She was so interested in art and so talented in her presentation… it was truly an amazing experience. Our tour took place outside-due to Covid-19 regulations- but when we entered the museum it felt like we knew all the details of the building and the art work! Great guide, on time, with information you can’t find in mainstream books. We are a family of 4 and we all enjoyed our visit. Highly recommended! Thank you

Very friendly service, well organized gondoliers kiosk, beautiful ride, our gondolier was also a great guide!
