Joao was exactly on time at our hotel for start of our trip. Provided us each with a bottle of water. Educated and courteous, speaks excellent English. Van was clean and driving skills gave good sense of security. An overall relaxed tour with excellent meal with 2 wines provided at a local restaurant in Douro valley ( included in price). The river trip was nice, the winery visits were beautiful and I learned a lot about Port wines.
