Our guide is so knowledgeable about Phillip Island, the penguins and other wild lives. He is also very kind and patient. I accidentally lost my way when I came out from penguins habitat in the twilight, I called for help and he gave me directions and comforted me not to worry, everyone would wait for me to come back, which made me feel so warm. He also took my friend and I to the restaurant we told when we returned to Melbourne City. The penguins are exceedingly cute. Highly recommend this journey.

Our tour guide, Mehmet was fantastic. He shared interesting knowledge of the area and has a great enthusiasm for what he does. The stop at Moonlit Sanctuary was a great way to break up the trip. The penguin parade was wonderful. It's great to see animals in their natural habitat rather than a zoo.

Fantastic experience and the staff is really friendly. My son and me enjoyed the flight with Jason. If you are looking for do something special and enjoy the magnificent views from the sky, this is the place. Diana P.
