Discover how to cook world-renowned Thai dishes during an authentic cooking class giving you actual hands-on experience and providing you with knowledge on Thai foods and the country's ingredients. Choose between a morning or afternoon half day class or a morning full day class, adapting completely to your schedule and convenience.  Each class begins with a hotel pick up to depart for the market, where your Chef will give you a tour, to learn about Thai ingredients, names, flavors and substitutes for the upcoming class, helping to better understand Thai cooking. After the market tour, head to the cooking school near the Kathu Waterfalls, where you are greeted with a cold beverage and given the opportunity to rest in the air-conditioned home.  The class starts with your Thai chef demonstrating and instructing on how to cook the delicious Thai foods at professional and hygienic cooking stations, before the real fun begins and you get the chance to prepare and cook for yourself, under the watchful eyes of the qualified and friendly staff. Once each dish has been prepared, enjoy the fruits of your labor and savor the delicious meals you just prepared, take some time to relax and finally be transferred back to your hotel. 2. Phuket: Half Day Easy Thai Cooking Class & Local Market Tour

Take part in a half–day cooking class in a local kitchen, after you explore the local market to select your ingredients. Choose from 2 half–day classes: a the morning class starting at 9:30 AM or an afternoon class starting at 2:30 PM. For a more flexible menu, choose the Special Sunday class. See below for a sample of your menu: Monday: in the morning class, enjoy tom yam kung, phad thai, green curry, and mango sticky rice. In the afternoon class, prepare chicken satay, tom kha kai, phad see-ew, and mango sticky rice. Tuesday: the morning class will prepare fish cake, papaya salad, panang curry, and deep fried banana. In the afternoon, prepare tom yam kung, phad thai, green curry, and deep fried banana. Wednesday: in the morning, cook tom yam kung, phad thai, green curry, and banana in coconut milk. In the afternoon, cook fried chicken cashew nut, tom kha kai, fried basil leaves,  and banana in coconut milk. Thursday: the morning menu includes spring rolls, paneang curry, tom kha kai, and mango sticky rice. The afternoon class will prepare tom yam kung, phad thai, green curry, and mango sticky rice. Friday: join the morning class to prepare tom yam kung, phad thai, green curry, and deep fried banana. Choose an afternoon class for fried chicken in oyster sauce, spring roll, tom kha kai, and deep fried banana. Saturday: In the morning class, cook massaman curry, spring rolls, tom yam kung, and banana in coconut milk. In the afternoon, prepare red curry, larb, tom kah kai, and banana in coconut milk. Special Sundays: Choose 3 Thai main course dishes and a Thai dessert.

This was a fantastic experience that we will cherish for a lifetime. Instructor, Karn, and her niece were kind, welcoming, and certainly knowledgeable about Thai cuisine. First, you stop at a local market to pick out fresh produce for your cooking adventure. Karn was very helpful in identifying the produce within the market needed to make the specific dishes. We then moved on to her kitchen and from there, learned how to prepare the vegetables for each dish and ultimately cook each dish. All dishes were phenomenal and takeaway containers were provided if you don't finish the cooked meals. Do not hesitate to book!!!

A fabulous afternoons cooking class with Karm. We met at her house and went immediately to the market to buy the ingredients for the four dishes we had asked to cook. Spring rolls, Panang curry, Pad Thai and banana fritters. We are both experienced home cooks but learnt loads about new ingredients and tips . All very well explained and demonstrated before being let loose ourselves. Facilities were spot on. It has inspired us to be more adventurous. We came away with the recipes and notes to recreate at home. Highly recommended hands on tour.

Very great and easy cooking lesson! The teacher is patient, funny and looks after any of your dietary requirements. You will be amazed by your own Thai cooking skills. For sure we will try the dishes at home. Thank you!
