Full description
Krating Cape is a beautiful viewing point on the south west coast of Phuket. It's quite difficult to get to, but if you do not mind walking 30-40 minutes past the rocks, cliffs, and steep hills, then it is definitely a place you should not miss. Krating Cape is known among photographers for its starlit landscapes, free from light pollution. There is a horn-shaped rock where photographers enjoy taking amazing photos. The panoramic views are very beautiful, especially during sunset. You should wear proper shoes, carry a head light, water, and wear long pants.   From Krating Cape you can see Nad-harn Beach and the west coast of Phuket. Next to Nad-harn is Promthep Cape at the south end of Phuket and from here you can see Coral and Racha Island.

We loved it! Only if, they must indicate in the description that it is a bit extreme, since it is understood that it is a walk along the beach, but not on a hill, where there is no path drawn as such, but yes, by the passage of those they visit the place, the sunlight ends and it is back with a lamp. Indicate that you have to wear a walking shoe, one of my friends, slipped her shoes were not prepared for it.

It was an amazing experience. 18-Oct-2019

I was the only who booked the tour. I was hesitant at first to go but I trusted my tour guide Pam/Pan. The car was good and the drive was smooth. The trek was insanely challenging (I’m not use to it, first timer). The view was amazing. Pictures won’t do justice. However, the sun didn’t show It was an amazing experience. Recommended to those who are thrill seekers

Nice tour, great view, nice guide

Unfortunately, we did not receive an e-mail confirmation. That's why we were an hour early at the lobby. The guide (Bum) had his girlfriend Bui with him. Both very nice. His english was ok. We drove from Kamala to the south for almost 1 hour. Then we are on the beach and a cliff long walk. There were very few tourists on the way. More Thais - but almost all had the wrong shoes for a hike in the area. Bui has given up halfway the track. The sunset was then - despite a cloud - very beautiful. Can you recommend.
