It was a great and educational trip! Leon, our guide, took us to beautiful spots in the eastern part of the island. We have learned a lot about the plants, trees and flowers. I highly recommend this trip to anyone who is interested in the rich flora of Madeira. Leon is very friendly, knowledgeable and tells stories with humor :) A great driver who took us through bumpy off-roads showing the hidden and remote places. Book this trip, you'll love it!

This is the best tour I have ever done. So much included in the day and you get to see so many different aspects of the island. Our guide Michael was superb, he was so knowledgeable about the island and made the tour even better. My husband and I joined this tour on a rainy day, but our guide Paulo turned it into an awesome adventure! He showed us some amazing spots, like off-road to a spot with a breathtaking view, cool hiking trails, delicious local restaurants and food markets. The weather didn't stop us from having a fantastic adventure and the sun even came out later in the day.

We had a wonderful day in the Eastern Madeira. Amazing views from and to the mountains, to the ocean and to villages. The local guide brought us to some hidden places, which we wouldn’t have found by ourselves. Our guide Paulo was very friendly, helpful and with a big smile. We couldn’t have imagined a better tour. Highly recomended!

Amazing trip! A heads up: it gets crazy windy at Ponta de Sao Lourenco, so dress accordingly and maybe leave your hats in the car. The breathtaking views make it totally worth it!
