Jason picked me up and chatted with me for the 2 hour drive. He answered my questions and made the trip seem much shorter. I did the open truck ride with nyiko, he was amazing, very knowledgeable about the animals and landscape. The whole group really enjoyed his stories. These guides do this job because they love it. Our guide was very excited to see an elusive leopard. The guides all talk to each other so everyone knows where the animals are. We saw elephants, giraffes, white Rhino, hippo and so much more! Do this tour!!!

The tour was AMAZING ! The guides were really professional and gave great explanations all day long. I was able to see lions, elephants, rhinos, girafes, zebras, crocodiles etc. All in their natural habitat. It is the perfect tour if you have 1 day available to do a safari.

Our personal driver, Jason, picked us up at the hotel right on time. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and a good driver. When we arrived at Pilanesberg, we had a great lunch with an amazing view. The 10:00 AM pick-up was nice because we did not feel too tired. The reason why I did not give this a full 5 stars is because we felt like our tour guide could have done a better job. At first, he stopped when we came upon the animals and would give a brief background. He stopped doing that after the second animal we saw. We were able to see a group of rhinos and a baby rhino but our driver barely allowed us to spend any time taking pictures. He was very adamant about seeing the lions. Overall, we did see lions, a leopard, rhinos, zebras, antelope, a kudu, and buffalo. I was hoping to see giraffes, monkeys, cheetahs, etc. but we spent a lot of time looking at the lions and searching for a leopard. We did come upon an elephant but only because we drove right past it as we were leaving.
