  • Gran Canaria: 2.5-Hour Dolphin Watching Boat Tour

    1. Gran Canaria: 2.5-Hour Dolphin Watching Boat Tour

Climb aboard a spacious speedboat in Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria, and then head for the open ocean to look for dolphins, whales and other animals in their natural environment. Benefit from a live and informative commentary aboard the large and comfortable boat, with room for up to 32 people for your comfort and maximum attention. Spend approximately 2.5 hours on the deep blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean, and get breathtaking views of both the sea and coastline. Break for a refreshing swim after approximately 1 hour. Go to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Canary Islands. Then, return to harbor at the end of your thrilling adventure and enjoy the rest of your day at leisure.

  • From Las Palmas: Treasures of Gran Canaria Tour

    2. From Las Palmas: Treasures of Gran Canaria Tour

Benefit from pick-up at one of several meeting points in Las Palmas, and then get back to nature in the amazing Guayadeque ravine at Agüimes. Learn more about the original inhabitants of the island and travel back in time more than 600 years to visit one of the original cave houses. Continue to the pretty town of Mogán on the southwest coast and take a stroll around the town center and port area. Discover why it is known as the Venice of the South to the locals and get some free time for lunch. End with a visit to the popular resort town of Maspalomas, known for its stunning dunes and natural reserve. Hear about the history of the island and its places along the way. Return to Las Palmas and get dropped off in the afternoon.

This was my first visit to Gran Canaria, for number of reasons I decided to stay in the north (Las Palmas) and bought 2 (+1) tours around the island to get better idea of different regions and places of importance. All of the tours were amazing: small groups, the routes were planned with great detail and knowledge of the island, they well-balanced nature, towns/villages and museums (!); stops to enjoy sights, have coffee or lunch were adequate; and equally important: the guides were fantastic! I have trully enjoyed their talking on all kind of topics related to local history, fauna, flora, geology, archeology, customs, legends, social specifics related to current life incl. "covid times" and impact on tourims (seeing empty hotels in Maspalomas), and the like. Excellent.

Keep a look out for the friendly animals as they frolic among the waves, and benefit from stunning views of the coastline along the way. Arrive at Güi Güi Beach after approximately 2 hours, and enjoy some time to relax on board the boat with a snack and some drinks. Swim and snorkel in the crystal clear waters, or just soak up the sun for 1 hour before the return journey to the harbor.

It was fantastic! Unfortunately we went to the wrong beach but the boat was waiting for us until we arrived with the taxi. The trip was very nice! We searched for 2 hours and finally the guide found a group of dolphins. The water taxi is a fast boat and through this it is swinging a lot! I felt sick for an hour. If you are likely to get seasick you should think about taking a bigger ship.

A very beautiful trip, it is worth doing. We saw many dolphins and also several flying fish and a turtle. It is a beautiful adventure. The crew very friendly and with great attention to teach us the different animals.

Very good experience! We saw a lot of dolphins in groups and very close and were alone at sea for a good part of the time. The guides are listening. Be careful, however, if you are a little seasick.

Small capacity boat, user-friendly. Very welcoming staff Discovery of a dolphin school after 30 minutes of navigation, brilliant experience, as well as turtles. Small, pleasant 15-minute swim stop.

Saw tons of dolphins and even a whale out of season (in July). Very nice crew!
