- The time in your ticket is informative. To find out the exact time and meeting point you must call the activity provider at least 24 hours prior to the visit date purchased. If you have booked this activity less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity start time, you must contact Grupo Xcaret immediately after booking to confirm your reservation. The guides will be dressed in red t-shirts with our logo on the back for easy identification. Upon your pickup, please present your printed or digital voucher and photo ID for boarding the bus to obtain a bracelet for entering into the park.

Know before you go
- This is a combo ticket with each activity taking place on a separate day
- Children 4 and younger are complimentary. Please inform the provider that you will be traveling with an infant when confirming your booking.
- Children 11 and younger who are taller than 4 feet 6 inches (1.4 m) must show identification to verify their age.
- Complete your booking by selecting the day of your first tour. When confirming your reservation to the provider, indicate which tour you will participate in first, and confirm the date of the second activity included. Contact information is included in your voucher.
- Your 2 tours do not have to take place on consecutive days. Select the day you would like to participate in your first tour when you complete your booking. You will arrange the date for your second tour when you confirm your reservation with the tour operator.
- You will receive confirmation of your exact pick-up times and location when you confirm your reservation.
