The actual cruise was exactly what we were looking for, however the meeting place was a challenge to find. The email confirming the cruise gave a map that was not correct on the location of where we were to meet. Would have been better not to have that map in there. Had we would used the address given we would have been ok. Plus they changed the cruise to another operator which departed a half hour later.
Was fun and different. Relaxing. Drinks were high priced and with the boat being limited due to covid the line took forever for a drink couldn't imagine a full boat. The service was slow. Had to wait till the ride was almost over to get a drink. Sunset cruise is a bit decieving didn't really see one.
Hagen our guide was the man. He was very nice and very, very informative. Dude took multiple pictures of us and even bought us some Cuban coffee in Havana. Highly recommend if one wants to learn about Miami and not just go to the beach. Well worth the money.
What a great way to spend an evening out. Such interesting places to see, the rich and famous. The Captain and crew were awesome. The tour guide was hilarious. Would do this all over again with friends. Thank you guys for a great trip Karen
The ticket and loading is confusing as you have to get in one line to get a ticket and then the boarding line to get on the boat. Instructions could be more clear.
