The tour was good overall as we got to really see the beauty of Duoro Valley and see how port wine is made which is fascinating. The wineries we visited were great, but the lunch was very mediocre and bland. Our guide was nice, but did not enunciate so it was quite difficult to hear what he was saying most of the time. The driver was very safe and did a great job navigating on the mountain roads. The boat tour was beautiful and we really enjoyed it!

Just came back from the most wonderful day of tasting wine and exploring the beautiful vineyards. Our guide Diogo was very knowledgeable of Portugal and the Douro Valley. Our driver Jose was safe and got us to each location swiftly. There was a mishap when our bus broke down at the last location, extending our trip by 2 hours. However, the staff notified us and sorted the situation out straight away with Tiago to the rescue and a new bus all the way from Porto city. In the meantime, we were treated to another port wine taster and snacks. The service could not have been more outstanding. Truly a unique experience and a must-do when you visit Porto!

The guide was very informative! The trip is very long so stops were appreciated. Douro valley is beautiful and worth the trip once to see. I will mention that it would have been nice to spend more time outside. Our lunch and wine tastings were in a dark room while the sun was shining outside, then it came time for boat tour and It was dark and gloomy. I think given the choice the tourists would have all chose to eat and drink outside as there were many comments going around about why we were in the dark. All around a good day but would have been more memorable if we were to eat and drink over the landscape outside.
