George was very knowledgeable on the history of Portugal and the Braga. Guimaraes area. He also knew much about the Roman occupation and governance. Braga is a beautiful city. The Bom Jesus church is stunning. I would have loved to spend more time there and less free time wondering the town. This being said we had a treat it was Braga Roman week. A period in which the Roman roots of the town were celebrated. Lunch was unique as it was in the festival. Boy were we stuffed! Thank you for your knowledge George.
