1. Bilbao: Biscay Bridge and Pintxos Private Tour

Discover Basque gastronomy with our guide, who will meet you at the lobby of your city center hotel, whisking you away by metro for a visit to Biscay Bridge. This impressive 125-year-old structure links Las Arenas (Getxo) and Portugalete, and was declared a heritage monument by the UNESCO World Heritage Committee. Designed by the architect Alberto Palacio, a disciple of Gustave Eiffel, it opened in 1893. Cross the 45 meter high pedestrian walkway and return in a gondola. After scaling this breathtaking architectural wonder, return to Bilbao where you'll enjoy a pintxos tour round the old town. 6 typical pintxos and 3 drinks await you in the atmospheric bars of Bilbao.

I really enjoyed this trip. It was not too busy and the sun was shining and the gentleman on board was really attentive. The commentary was a bit hit and miss, but that is unavoidable when using headphones. Nobody's fault. Would really recommend this trip.

The audio guide worked well. The boat has a covered area as well as outside area. Snacks -beer-wine available. You can plan where you want to get off and explore. Nice 2-4 hour outing.

Staff were very helpful but the earphones weren’t working very well even when they were replaced.

Informative, refreshing, on time, safe, well organised, good crew!

good service, good scenery

An easy way to see the river and the riverside environments
