I bought three tickets online via the APP, unfortunately without thinking 1 hour before the end of the tour. After a very friendly telephone consultation with an employee, I was able to use our three tickets the next day for the whole day. I found it very incredibly nice and really flexible not to leave us out in the rain!

The route and the information about Potsdam are completely successful. Negative: You get a flyer with a timetable, which is unfortunately not correct, as the bus - contrary to what was announced - does not run every half hour, but only every hour. Then you don't like to use the bus after a stop because the waiting time is too long. On the homepage there is the double decker for 17 € and the open top double decker for 20 €. You can then use both buses, although we only saw the 'cheaper' bus once from a distance.

The ride itself was great. Especially the guide made the tour very interesting. It was a shame, however, that when we first entered the Glienicke Bridge, we first had to drive to Luisenplatz to exchange our printed ticket there. Why is that so? That was also not to be understood on the side. The trip is definitely worth it!
